 MEMBERSHIPS                          

     Since customer satisfacton is our cornerstone, we are constantly expanding and refining our services to be able to meet your needs with ease.  Our fabrication facilities are designed for ease of manufacturing. 
  • The Lower Shop, which is the site of the original blacksmith shop, handles a great deal of walk-in trade in need of minor fabrication and assemblies, and this is where we fabricate Plow Blades either by sample or diagram, and mount them for you when in need.
  • The Upper Shop houses our Chicago Leaf Brake and Cincinnati Shear.  This is where the cutting and bending of plate takes place.  Fortunately, our Leadman in the Lower Shop does double-duty here, and is highly capable of customizing your plate orders.
  • The Tank Bay is where we specialize in fabricating ADA Handrails, Stairs, Platforms, and any products listed as Miscellaneous Metal Fabrications.   Pipe Coping, Rolling of Plate, and work for the Piranha Ironworker happens here as well.
  • The Rebar Bay handles all the fabrication (cutting and bending) of Reinforcing Rod for support in concrete construction projects.
  • The Fabrication Bay is where the layout and assemblies occur for all Structural Steel projects.  This bay is set up with a paint area for the prime coating of finished products when requested.

Between the Tank Bay and Fab Shop we store racks of full-length Steel Stock that can be purchased and cut-to-haul once at no extra charge to the customer, and we deliver! 

If delivery to your jobsite is required, we can provide delivery services on our own truck, load out your trucks, or make arrangements with a freight provider.  Logistics are included in our bid package and we are flexible with delivery hours to meet stringent site requirements.  The customer will take possession of material upon delivery, which means the customer must unload the material.  When necessary, the customer will be responsible for securing the crew or equipment needed to unload material safely and in a timely fashion.
